11月14日-15日,嘉興站開展了為期2天專業化的培訓課程,參加團隊有臨海團隊、嵊州團隊、溫州團隊、南潯團隊、海寧團隊、吳江團隊、楚門鎮團隊、平陽團隊和嘉興團隊。這次培訓由伊莉莎白總部市場部經理郭彩宏女士授課講解和策劃老師鄧凱仁協助,通過產品知識、服務標準、團隊合作等多方面的信息傳輸,以及日常的會議和線上培訓,讓每個銷售團隊能夠更加完善自身的運營體系。
From November 14 to 15, Jiaxing station carried out a 2-day professional training course, and participated in the team of Linhai team, Shengzhou team, Wenzhou team, Wanxun team, Haining team, Wujiang team, Chumen town team, Pingyang team and Jiaxing team. This training was conducted by Ms. Guo Caihong, marketing manager of Elizabeth headquarters, and assisted by Deng Kairen, the planning teacher. Through information transmission of product knowledge, service standards, team cooperation and other aspects, as well as daily meetings and online training, each sales team was able to improve its operation system.
