這次小曼有幸借這次機(jī)會(huì)采訪太原羅曼陳加強(qiáng)總經(jīng)理,下面我們一起走進(jìn)陳總及太原羅曼的世界。

小曼:陳總,你可是白手發(fā)家80后偶像?能說(shuō)說(shuō)你經(jīng)歷?

陳總:其實(shí)也不什么(自謙笑稱),2000年,16歲就開(kāi)始在太原打工,接著18歲的時(shí)候開(kāi)始做瓷磚批發(fā),那時(shí)主要做山東磚、河北磚、河南磚、廣東私拋廠瓷磚,2013、2014年的時(shí)候,就開(kāi)始考察經(jīng)銷(xiāo)品牌,15年開(kāi)始經(jīng)銷(xiāo)羅曼締克品牌,3年內(nèi)開(kāi)了三家店,也就這樣一路走來(lái)。

小曼:陳總,當(dāng)初你選擇了羅曼締克主要因?yàn)槭裁矗恐笄篱_(kāi)展怎樣?

陳總:在做批發(fā)的時(shí)候,考慮了很多,山東磚比較一般,而且在經(jīng)銷(xiāo)羅曼締克之前也跟羅曼締克打過(guò)交道,羅曼的產(chǎn)品有特色,屬時(shí)尚型,可全山西覆蓋,而且羅曼企業(yè)上下有一種人情味,我認(rèn)為團(tuán)隊(duì)第一,品牌第二,因而15年時(shí)候我就簽了,經(jīng)營(yíng)3年來(lái),進(jìn)展還很順利,業(yè)績(jī)零售占比50%,30%通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)師、家裝公司渠道實(shí)現(xiàn),最后20%來(lái)源于家裝網(wǎng),家裝網(wǎng)的爆破,集中而高效。

小曼:目前太原有幾個(gè)店,還有在規(guī)劃建新店?

陳總:目前有三個(gè)店,其一、羅曼國(guó)際館,居然之家河西店A區(qū),其二、羅曼旗艦館,黎氏閣北中環(huán)店、其三、羅曼精品館,居然之家建材館B區(qū),兩個(gè)新店正在規(guī)劃中。

小曼:陳總,作為一個(gè)年輕有為80后,而且都是靠自己真刀真槍打拼出來(lái),你肯定有與眾不同的過(guò)人之處,能說(shuō)說(shuō)你自己,以及你如何出色帶領(lǐng)太原羅曼這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)?

陳總:行內(nèi)都說(shuō),廣東人做磚福建人賣(mài)磚,我們福建人,從2000多公里來(lái)太原打拼,一開(kāi)始要錢(qián)沒(méi)錢(qián),要資源沒(méi)資源,可以說(shuō)什么都沒(méi)有,但唯獨(dú)保持福建人的勤勞,尤為能吃苦,年輕奮斗就是資本,直至如今有些人說(shuō)現(xiàn)在形勢(shì)不好,人們常說(shuō)二八定律,但總有活下來(lái)那20%,我們就做那20%。我們太原羅曼團(tuán)隊(duì)都很年輕,每個(gè)銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)過(guò)硬,身兼銷(xiāo)售、設(shè)計(jì)師、售后等多職,大伙都任勞任怨,盡心盡力,尤其有我哥哥陳加峰及店長(zhǎng)林國(guó)全協(xié)力打理,我們太原羅曼還在成長(zhǎng)階段,還在發(fā)展路上,在羅曼大家庭里還有很多學(xué)習(xí)看齊榜樣。
